Foo Fighters Release New Single - Rope

Hey, i haven't blogged in days i know, well i've had other commitments but im back and i have quite a few posts lined up for the next few hours. New Music, Movie Awards and other stufsh are hot topics il be blogging about.

Speaking about new music - the FOO FIGHTERS have released a track of their new album "Wasting Light" The track named Rope has been released Feb 23, and has since been recieving great reviews:

Dave Grohl was right when he said
that the new Foo Fighters record
would be a return to the band's
heavier sound. After a nearly a four
year break the Foo Fighters
revealed their new single 'Rope' today – and it's a massive sound for an undoubtedly massive album.

2007's 'Echoes, Silence, Patience &
Grace' certainly would be a tricky one to follow, an album that provided theband with a huge following and allowed them to cement their status as one of rocks leading heavyweights.

Lead single 'Rope' blows all that clear out of the water. Released this morning (FEB 23) on the band's website official website, the first single from the Foo Fighters' new album 'Wasting Light' sees Grohl and co take inspiration from their earlier albums.

Hooking up with former Nirvana
producer Butch Vig has pushed both vocals and sound to another level. Drenched in full-on guitar riffs and drums, 'Rope' incorporates a range of vocal harmonies that fit perfectly with the stadium rock sound that Foo Fighters fans have come to love.

Recorded in a garage, 'Rope' will
certainly get any Foo Fighters fan
excited for what's around the corner.
