I love this new track by Far East Movement. Its fantastic.
PICTURED ABOVE: A spaceship standing above the stage where U2 performs to the Johannesburg Crowd at Soccer City where an estimated 100K attended the concert. The Cape Town Leg takes place at Cape Town Stadium this friday, Feb 18. Tickets are still available at Computicket.
Now to some music news, apparently Madonna's Gay brother has spoken out about the Born This Way single which he (and many others) claim to be a copy of his sisters hit track "Express Yourself"
Lady GaGa though, thanked Whitney Houston for inspiring the track which has hit to the Top position on the Billboard hot 100 in just 4 days. Yesterday she tweeted this:
"BORN THIS WAY IS #1 ON BILLBOARD HOT 100! THANK YOU, I'm overwhelmed by your support. I'LL BE ON JAY LENO TONIGHT"
Well....congrats.
Ke$ha though, reportedly claimed that she is sad about the fact that she did not recieve any Grammy Nominations. Too bad Ke$ha. Meanwhile Justin Bieber won at the Brit Awards and his fans are STILL going crazy over it. Get over yourselves!
Back to Relevant Matters, yesterday 94.5 Kfm as well as 94.7 Highveld Stereo announced that they will be broadcasting the the U2 concert live from Cape Town Stadium this friday. In an interview with Bono this moning on Cape Talk 702 he said: "The revolution will not be televised it will be tweeted"... which reminds me of Local Cellphone Network - Heita's ridiculous prize to tweeters at the concert.
Till later...
