Glastonbury Fest 2011 living up to its reputation of awesome

So, its Glastonbury weekend & so far - by the tweets, newsfeed and live images, its a Blast. Even though Coldplay's Chris Martin missed a cue during the performance of their new tune 'Us Against The World' sources report that the festival is going down awesomely. (uh.. is that even a word??)

Before the restart of 'Us Against The World' Martin said: "Forget that fuck-up just happened. This is an open rehearsal. Let's forget this is a festival and we're supposed to be professional headliners." hahaha smart move.

One person was found dead though - in a toilet cubicle at the VIP section of the fest but that did not stop anything. This year, Coldplay went with an open of four new songs including their recent single - Every Teardrop is a waterfall.

Coldplay's live playlist:

'Hurts Like Heaven'
'Yellow'
'In My Place'
'Major Minus'
'Lost'
'The Scientist'
'Shiver'
'Violet Hill'
'God Put A Smile Upon Your Face'
'Everything's Not Lost'
'Us Against The World'
'Politik'
'Viva La Vida'
'Charlie Brown'
'Life Is For Living'
'Clocks'
'What A Wonderful World'
'Fix You'
'Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall'

What a fantastic playlist...

TODAY Beyoncé headlines the final day of the festival and performs alongside Queens of the Stone Age who will be on the Other Stage as the Diva does her stuff on the Pyramid Stage.

According to NME ONLINE It is rumoured that she'll be bringing her former Destiny's Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams on stage with her.

So im thinking...uhm Reunion Much??

The website also mentions that Tonight will see the last night of music on Worthy Farm for two years, as the festival won’t be held in 2012 in order for the site to recover.

Plan B, Laura Marling and Paul Simon will also be taking to the Pyramid Stage, where Kaiser Chiefs and Queens of The Stone Age will be no the Other Stage.

Other acts playing today include Gruff Rhys, Lykke Li and The Bees on The Park stage and The Streets, Hurts and The Vaccines on the John Peel Stage.

To those at Glastonbury as i post this blog, enjoy and remember im LANK jealous im not there!!
