Bang Bang Bang... Ah this song has been in my head the whole day. Weirdness. I hope all of you are well on this lovely day (okay more of a rainy day here in the Mother City haha :p). Todays post deals with last nights Idols should i say, uhh Eviction show??? Well, i also have a special request that i want to make :)

Last night, we were in for some kind of shocker on Idols. I for one did not EXPECT Bongi's exit from Idols last night. His performance was not bad, not too good either but never would i have thought that he would leave

When it was announced that he recieved the least votes and was going home, we, or atleast i thought that he would be saved by the Judges.

But NO this did not happen at all. I was kinda shocked - i dunno why, but i was lol. Gareth Cliff just shrugged during the decison making and Randall still had that evil look as always :p

Bongi looked quite shocked, but according to Idols he was quite Jumpy & Excited at the Press Conference. I guess all i can say to you now Bongi is Goodluck, and all the best for the future :)

And then to my SPECIAL request. Guys i know ive been hassling you lately about this blog awards but i think you should make it your duty to vote for my twibud Tecla!

Don't Come Around Again - Rooney

Another end to a busy week, and a lovely day in the Mother City. Well i'd like to wish all my Muslim & Jewish readers an Eid Mubarak & Rosh Hashanah. I hope this time has brought together family and that you enjoyed these moments of peace and happiness :)

Thursday night $avage's Power Nites of Rock was at a total new level. We were graced with a 10 track KOL special and then the sound of their new single Radioactive. Now im no judge but in my perspective it was different. More like an i don't like - different.

Although the track has mostly been recieving the thumbs up. We will have to wait for the rest on their new album in the weeks to come [POST TO FOLLOW]

I haven't heard the latest on the 30 sec's Tickets, yet il imform you soon.

Idols is up in 30 and remember its down to the TOP 9 this week with Gail making a sad exit Tuesday past. I will be setting up another poll on your rating of who should get the boot Tuesday.

Its nearly weekend again and things are kinda getting interesting hmm heres a round-up of things that had happened thus far...

On tuesday Gail was voted out of Idols SA a sad affair but seemingly obvious. The self acclaimed "Gaillie Berry" didn't have a great week, but i thought though that she deserved to stay in the competition

She said in a press conference after the results show that she is sad that shes been sent home, but glad at the fact that she reached the Top 10 and will now pursue a career in acting

Good luck with the future lady :)

Then, as you might NOT have heard... (giggles) Kings of Leon have released a new single which is really recieving mixed reviews. Well i haven't heard it yet but im sure to hear it tonight on the Power Nites of Rock with $avage. Be sure to tune in 5fm at 22:00 - 24:0

Headfirst Slide Into Cooperstown On A Bad Bet

Well blue Monday it is again, and everybody is
up to their usual crap week at the office, tech, and me ofcourse - school... After a really eventful week i am still suffering a hellava sleep loss and im hating it!!!

So well, lets first hit yesterday with the somewhat weird but awesome International Mandela Day where we had quite a few achievements in some sport codes.... And also some whack moments with the Mnet premiére of Idols SA and Big Brother Africa...

Well Well Well first... Big ups to Caster Semenya for winning her (uhm...its a her right) second race after a long but weird process which has still left me confused...damn. Congrats!

Then!! A huge one to Jordy Smith for winning the Billabong Pro J-Bay yesterday you are the best ever! A real achievement and im extremely proud dude!!

And then...to the Louie Oosthuizen guy that won the Golf, congrats :p and then to the one guy...

...the most awesomest guy alive NELSON MANDELA thank you for everything. Thanks for being a father, rolemodel and for being the reason i am where i am today.

So guys i know i said this blog would be a focus on rock especially so i promise a post on Avenged Sevenfold's new album and their latest single from it Nightmare. Its an awesome track i can assure you rockers... I've been forward enough to put up a poll haha, but it will only be effective with the new post...
